Case study · Custom Next.js site · Park City, Utah
Reso Builders: a cinematic site for a Park City luxury landscape builder.
Reso Builders builds high-end outdoor environments across Park City and Utah's mountain communities. We designed and built a custom website that presents their work the way their clients experience it: slow, deliberate, and premium.
Visit resobuilders.com ↗The client
Reso Builders is a luxury landscape construction firm based in Park City, Utah, working throughout the Wasatch region. Per their own site, they bring 20+ years of experience, take on only three to five projects per year, and their business is 100% referral based.
Their services span estate hardscaping, landscape architecture, recreational builds like private putting greens and sport courts, water features, outdoor living spaces, and interior remodeling during the winter months.
The challenge
A firm that takes only a handful of projects a year, all by referral, doesn't need a lead machine. It needs a site that confirms what a referred client has already heard: that this is the most careful builder in the valley.
That meant the website had to feel as considered as the work itself, with no template look, no clutter, and photography and copy given room to breathe.
What we built
A custom Next.js website with an editorial, cinematic layout: a full-screen hero, a story section built around their philosophy, a clear breakdown of six service lines, and a selected-work portfolio featuring projects like a three-hole private golf course in Heber, Utah.
Mobile-first, fast-loading, and set up with clean metadata so the brand reads correctly in search results and link previews.
Why it matters for builders and trades
High-end contractors win on trust. When a referred prospect looks you up, your site is the second impression. A custom site that matches the quality of your work closes that gap.
If you run a premium trade or construction business in Utah and your site doesn't match your craft, we can help.
